Please download, print, and fill out the ORDER FORM.
Prep for Mailing:
In addition to the general prep directions found under FAQs, please:
- Place
your top in a plastic bag, in order to protect it in the event something
leaks at the Post Office.
- Choose a
box large enough for the completed quilt to be returned to you. Just fold
one of your finished, similar-sized quilts and find a box that would fit
it.
- Before
closing the box, make sure you've included the completed order form
printed from my website, checking to make certain you've included all your
contact information. I will notify you when I receive your quilt, and any
further requests/concerns can be addressed at that time.
- Do
not, under any circumstances, indicate on the box that the box contains a
quilt. Everyone loves quilts - even post office workers!
- Mark it 'Fragile' but that's all. If you need to indicate the contents for insurance purposes, list it as fabric or bedding.
Payment:
We accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders. For your convenience, we also accept credit card payments and PayPal.
Your finished quilt will be mailed as soon as payment is received, with the exception of payment by personal check, which can have a 7-10 day waiting period to clear the bank.
We also gladly accept cash if you're picking up your quilt in person!
